You’ve probably heard how Peter tells Christ he would die for Him, but then when someone at Jesus’s trial asked if Peter knew Jesus, he denied it three times. Well, at the very end of the gospel, in John 15-17, Jesus asks Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?" He said to him, "Yes, Lord; you know that I love you." He said to him, "Feed my lambs." Then he repeated this sequence twice more. Many people overlook this as having repetitive features, but what nobody realizes is that JESUS IS GIVING PETER THREE TIMES TO REDEEM HIMSELF FROM THOSE DENIALS A FEW DAYS AGO! How cool!
